"Good experience, but hoping for a little credit"
I had a good experience with Craftcloud overall. I uploaded my model and they gave me helpful feedback before printing, which actually helped me catch a small issue I had completely missed. The pricing was clear, and the final part turned out nicely. I’d use them again, though I do think a small credit or discount would be fair since their feedback helped avoid a potential reprint.

"Decent prints, but the colors were a little off"
I ordered a few printed parts and overall they turned out okay, but the colors weren’t quite what I expected based on the preview. To me, they looked a bit duller in person, which was kind of disappointing. The quality itself was fine and shipping went smoothly, so it wasn’t a bad experience. I’d probably consider ordering again, but I’d definitely be more careful with the color choices next time.

I ordered a small 3D print and I was kind of just hoping it wouldn’t get delayed or turn into one of those weird shipping situations, but it was totally fine. It showed up right when they said it would, the tracking updated like it should, and there wasn’t any hassle. Simple experience, which I appreciate. Happy with it.

My first impression of Craftcloud3D was good overall. The site was easy enough to use, and my order went through without any real issues. That said, a few of the quotes seemed a lot higher than I expected, especially for smaller prints. It’s definitely useful if you want to compare different options, but I wouldn’t assume it’s always going to be the best value.

"Useful, but the pricing made me a bit wary"
I tried Craftcloud3d for a small print job because I wanted to compare prices without getting ripped off. At first the quote looked reasonable, but once I picked the details and added shipping, the final cost changed a bit. It wasn’t a huge difference, but it did make me pause because I’m always a little worried about being fooled by a low starting price. Overall it was still useful, I just wish the first price shown was closer to the final total.

"Tracking Was Really Confusing"
I’m not sure if I was just missing something, but the tracking never seemed to update and it made me feel like my order had gotten lost. I kept checking and second-guessing myself, but there just wasn’t much info to go on

Support got back to me fast and did end up sorting out my issue, which I really appreciated. That said, the first reply felt a bit generic, so I had to explain things again before it got properly handled. Overall, good experience, just could’ve been a little smoother.

I’m particular about how prints are packaged, and this one met my standards. The package arrived safely and was wrapped really well. The box had a tiny dent, but thankfully the print inside was completely fine. I’d definitely order again...

I ordered a small 3D printed part and overall it came out nice. The surface finish looks good, with just a few tiny layer lines if you really look closely, but nothing that bothered me. For the price and turnaround time, I’m happy with it. I’d probably recommend it if you need something simple printed without spending too much

"Good experience, but updates could be better"
I used Craft Cloud 3D and overall the communication was okay, just a bit hit or miss. They did answer my questions, and once I got a reply, the information was usually clear. But a few times it took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up myself to see what was going on. I think a lot of customers would probably appreciate more proactive updates, especially when they’re waiting on an order. Not a bad experience at all, just something that could be improved.
